Marcos, as president, also has no power to declare war on his own. Article VI, Section 23 of the 1987 Constitution states that Congress has the sole right to declare a state of war.

The video narrator only read a Feb. 21 Air & Space Forces Magazine article about the flyover. There was no mention of the supposed bombing.
This is old news. It was in 2021 when the U.K government deployed the ship.
