MALAYBALAY CITY.–A village chief in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon was killed and a barangay driver was seriously injured in a vehicular accident while transporting a precinct count optical scan machine (PCOS) to their village, Manolo Fortich’s Radyo Natin reported on May 6.
Maxi Cadavez, RN reporter told MindaNews via telephone that Felimon Guinontao, village chief of Santiago, Manolo Fortich town died after a broken rib ripped through his heart when their vehicle, a commando jeepney, turned turtle and rolled over several times in this upland village.
