The number of road crashes involving motorcycles in Metro Manila has increased significantly by 92 percent from 2012 to 2016.
Road Safety Journalism Fellow Zhander Cayabyab presents the numbers, in line with the release of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10666 or the Children’s Safety on Motorcycles Act.
