FACT CHECK: OLD video PASSED OFF as ‘Cabral spotted in Europe’
Netizens are circulating a video showing the late Public Works undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral supposedly spotted in Europe two weeks after her reported death. The posts are false. The clip was taken during a Senate hearing 13 weeks before her body was found down a ravine in Benguet on Dec. 19.
