Explain iPad contest, poll body tells Jamby
By MIKHA FLORES THE Commission on Elections has ordered administration senatorial candidate Jamby Madrigal to explain an online contest for a free iPad which was posted on her social network accounts. In a two-page letter dated Feb 25, Law Department Director Esmeralda Amora-Ladra ordered Madrigal to explain why Comelec should not file an election offense
