FACT CHECK: Comelec did NOT misprint numbers of PDP-Laban candidates
A video claiming that the Comelec purposely printed the wrong ballot numbers of three PDP-Laban senatorial bets is false. The ballot used in the video is an outdated version previously released by Comelec in January.
