FILIPINOS had a field day making fun of corrupt politicians who love taking “pork,” in the biggest spontaneous citizens’ gathering in recent years.

The event was billed the Million People March and even though there were not enough rallyists to meet the target, they more than made up for it through humor and solidarity.

Former comedian Jograd Dela Torre entertained rallyists with his version of the song “Price Tag,” while at noon everyone was encouraged to make themselves heard for the noise barrage.

VERA Files’ Daniel Abunales was one of the 80,000 or so warm bodies who went to Luneta and documented in these video reports the sights, sounds and satire of the Million People March.
