A video on Facebook used an AI-manipulated clip of former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson supposedly sharing about the wonders of a health product that claims to help with his osteoarthritis.
Sinabi ni Luis “Chavit” Singson, mayor ng Narvacan, Ilocos Sur at isang matibay na kaalyado ni Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., na ang mga pondong idineposito sa mga Swiss bank account ng pamilya ng kandidato sa pagkapangulo at nabawi ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas noong 2003 ay “talagang sa kanila ayon sa batas.” Ito ay hindi totoo.
