Dela Rosa, Go named as Duterte’s co-perpetrators in ICC charge sheet
The ICC document said the handlers reported to a combination of police and co-perpetrators, in particular, Dela Rosa, Danao and Sonny Buenaventura, a police officer and Duterte’s driver and bodyguard, and Go, who, in turn, reported to Duterte, whose approval was required for DDS members to conduct killings in Davao City.

Away from the country for seven years now, Lascañas received a very unusual communication on December 23, 2022 from Lyon, France. It was from the Interpol. It said that the General Secretariat of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) certified that Lascañas was not the subject of an Interpol notice or diffusion.
