It was creativity overload last Friday at Plaza Azul in Pandacan, where a Senior Citizens Park and a Pet Park were recently opened.
Dogs and their owners took to the stage in colorful costumes.
May naligaw! Turtles were seen on the ground wearing welcome ribbons.
It was fun and delightful.
