Burnout, a physical or emotional state of exhaustion, cynicism, or an inability to cope with the demands of work. The World Health Organization has redefined burnout as a syndrome linked to chronic work stress. Is this the case with President Rodrigo Duterte for repeatedly saying he will resign? To date, 22 times already. Or were these just casual random musings and off-the-cuff remarks?
