Sa pagsisimula ng overseas absentee voting sa Abril 10, ang mga rehistradong Pilipinong botante sa buong mundo ay boboto ng susunod na mga opisyal ng bansa, kabilang ang ika-17 pangulo, at tutukuyin ang direksiyon ng pag-unlad ng bansa sa mga darating na taon.
Sa apat na bahaging seryeng ito, ang VERA Files Fact Check ay nagkalap ng importanteng impormasyon tungkol sa anim na mga nangungunang kandidato na nais maupo sa Malacañang, at ang kani-kanilang mga katuwang na bise presidente, upang matulungan ang mga botante na gumawa ng napakahalagang desisyon.
