A graphic is making the rounds on Facebook with the claim that the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and Iglesia ni Cristo have declared their support for Vice President Sara Duterte. This is fake and artificially generated.
The post, published on Sept. 9, carries the caption:

The image is a composite with Duterte flanked by armed individuals identified as MILF members on one side with a mosque in the background and another group in formal wear, supposedly representing INC with their Central temple behind them.
The overlaid text reads:

The graphic, designed like a poster, bears the polished look of an AI-generated image created using prompts. VERA Files Fact Check ran it through AI detection tools. Hive Moderation gave it a 99.9% probability made with AI; IsItAI gave it an almost similar 99% score; while WasItAI said the image was 100% AI generated.
There are no endorsements or any official announcement from the website of INC or Luwaran of the MILF. The official FB page of the MILF Chairman and the Office of the Vice President (OVP) are likewise silent.
Media outlets have not reported any official alignments between the vice president and these groups, following a check of the official social media pages of ABC-CBN, GMA, and TV5.
The fake post was published amid the ongoing Senate impeachment trial and as preparations for the first BARMM parliamentary elections were underway. The polls were held on Sept. 14.
The publisher, FB page Bro chie tv, is a local blogger account created on April 20, 2022. The post has so far garnered 10,500 likes; 1,400 comments; and 2,000 shares.
