President Rodrigo Duterte would do everything to make sure that his successor will protect him from the long arm of justice of the International Criminal Court, Ellen Tordesillas, president of VERA Files, said in an interview by German journalist Johannes von Dohnanyi.
Tordesillas is in Germany on a fellowship under the Hamburg Foundation for Politically Persecuted People.
