THE Philippine delegation to the 2012 London Paralympic Games promised to do its best during a sendoff party hosted by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) at the Bayview Hotel in Manila Thursday.
In the four times that the Philippines has participated in the Paralympic Games, this year’s contingent will be the biggest, with nine athletes being sent to compete in four events: athletics, swimming, powerlifting and table tennis.
