Sabi ni Harry Roque, hindi kailanman naghain ng reklamo o testimonya si dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte laban kay Leila De Lima, na nakulong dahil sangkot umano ang dating senador sa illegal drug trading sa loob ng New Bilibid Prison. Kulang ito sa konteksto.

Sinagot ni Roque, dating tagapagsalita ni Duterte, ang mga panawagan na parusahan ang “nasa likod” ng pagkabilanggo ni De Lima nang halos pitong taon. 

Nakalaya si De Lima noong Nob. 13 matapos siyang payagan ng Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 206 na magpiyansa sa natitira niyang drug case.
