Mula sa “Love the Philippines” ng Department of Tourism, P3-milyong logo ng PAGCOR, hanggang sa “Bagong Pilipinas” slogan, inulan ng batikos at tanong mula sa publiko ang pagbabagong-anyo: Una, sa kalidad ng mga proyektong ito. Pangalawa, ang pagbibigay prayoridad sa mga ito habang naghihirap ang maraming Filipino.
