In the latest of a saga that dates back to the 2016 elections, at the center of which is the president’s alleged hidden wealth, Solicitor General Jose Calida revealed that the Office of the Ombudsman has “closed and terminated” the investigation on the plunder complaint Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV filed against then Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
