Bago bumaba sa puwesto, tinitiyak ni Bensouda na kanyang ilalabas ang desisyon kung dapat imbestigahan ang “crimes against humanity” na naganap umano sa kampanya laban sa droga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
