President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. claimed that comprehensive sexuality education, which is a provision in the proposed Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy Bill, will encourage masturbation and “trying different sexualities.”
No such passages exist in the Senate Bill. These claims originated from a video opposing comprehensive sexuality education created by the National Coalition for the Family and the Constitution.

Nagdeklara si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na hindi niya pipirmahan ang Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention bill dahil sa mga probisyon nitong hihimok daw sa mga kabataan na “sumubok ng iba’t ibang sekswalidad” at magtuturo ng “masturbation” sa mga batang apat na taong gulang lamang.
