After her appearance at the House of Representatives’ probe into her spending of confidential funds in the past years, Vice President Sara Duterte claimed on Sept. 18 she was “never friends” with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. This contradicts both her and Marcos’ previous assurances of their good relationship.
