A graphic posted on Facebook claims that former president Rodrigo Duterte is returning to the Philippines after three months of detention in The Netherlands. This is fake.
ABS-CBN News has not published such a graphic. Neither did the International Criminal Court (ICC) make an announcement on releasing Duterte and allowing him to return home.
Uploaded on June 1, the news card bore the logos of ABS-CBN News and its flagship newscast TV Patrol, along with the text:
“Dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte makakauwi na ng bansa matapos ang ilang buwang pagkakakulong sa The Hague, Netherlands.
(Former president Rodrigo Duterte will finally be going home to the country after months of detention in The Hague, Netherlands).”

This is fabricated. No such news card exists in any of the official social media channels of ABS-CBN or TV Patrol.
Neither has the ICC ordered the release of Duterte, who was arrested on March 11 for crimes against humanity related to his bloody drug war.
Duterte remains detained at the Scheveningen Prison in The Hague while he awaits the confirmation of charges against him on Sept. 23.
The post is merely clickbait which carries a link to an e-commerce website.
Since Duterte’s arrest, VERA Files Fact Check has debunked several claims that the former chief executive has been permitted or already returned to the country.
