Former president Rodrigo Duterte said he wanted to remain neutral in the upcoming elections by not endorsing candidates.
He made the comment in a press conference right after his Oct. 28 appearance at the Senate Blue Ribbon subcommittee hearing on his bloody drug war.
However, Duterte had earlier endorsed aspirants for the 2025 senatorial and party-list elections.
