USS America, an amphibious assault ship of the United States Navy sails into Manila on March 21 for a three-day rest and recreation for its crew after participating in a military exercise in Japan.
The 1999 PH – US Visiting Forces Agreement allows American ships and aircraft to visit the Philippines.
