Kennedy, wrongly claimed that a dengue vaccine developed by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) was administered on children in the Philippines, making them more sick and even causing deaths.

It also misleadingly presents the title "strongman" as a praise.

The image was from 2018.

It is yet to be transmitted to the Office of the President.
