By Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, strong winds and heavy rains caused by Kristine brought floods, landslides and lots of miseries to people in Visayas, Mindanao ang parts of Luzon. Severely hit was the Bicol Region.
Kristine left the Philippines Friday, Oct. 25.
The town of Laurel, in the coastal province of Batangas was not spared by Kristine. Amid the widespread damage, the residents resume daily life as they prepare for yet another disturbance as PAGASA monitors a tropical depression, which may or may not develop into another storm.
