Tucked up securely miles and miles away at the Scheveningen detention center in The Hague, Netherlands, former president Rodrigo Duterte continues to be the concern of several groups of people in the Philippines.
Duterte turned 80 years old last March 28. His supporters came out to celebrate in a motorcade. Families of his drug war victims came out also to demand justice for their kin.
Another group, led by counsels Maria Kristina Conti and Kathy Panguban sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation to probe incidents of harassment, intimidation and threats against them on social media.
